Tauranga Hospital – energy audit & efficiency improvements
DETA carried out a detailed Type 2 Energy Audit for Tauranga Hospital to identify ways to reduce energy use, operating costs, and emissions across the facility.
Through on-site assessments and data analysis, our engineers identified 257 MWh of potential energy savings with a payback period of under five years. The recommended projects would deliver an estimated $45,000 in annual savings and cut emissions by around 285 tonnes of CO₂ each year.
