Kraft Heinz needed a project delivery provider who understand the food & beverage industry and can deliver successful outcomes.
Following a successful round of energy audits, DETA was appointed to formally develop business cases to seek capital funding. Utilising the internal Kraft Heinz systems, DETA prepared business cases for more than 15 projects, all of which were successfully funded.
DETA then undertook full project management of these improvement projects, including full contract management, onsite supervision and verification of savings being achieved.
